TrueNorth Avionics has announced it has been awarded an FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for Wi-Fi installations on the Dassault Falcon 50 aircraft line, covering the Falcon 50 and Falcon 50EX models. This follows TrueNorth’s selection in 2011 for retrofit aboard the first Falcon 900EASy, and continues the enthusiastic acceptance of TrueNorth’s Simphone¯ OpenCabin airborne telecommunications system by Dassault Falcon operators.
