Aero-News learned Tuesday Viking Air Limited has appointed
Dominique Spragg vice-president of manufacturing, reporting to the
president. In this newly-created position, Spragg will be
responsible for managing all operational aspects of Viking's
manufacturing, including sourcing, production, scheduling and
process engineering.
