Erickson Air-Crane has executed a binding term sheet and made significant progress toward completion of its previously announced intention to purchase the Air Amazonia aerial services business from HRT Participacoes em Petroleo, S.A. (“HRT”). This binding term sheet replaces the non-binding letter of intent entered into on September 14, 2012.

Orders Two EC155s To Service Deepwater Gulf Of Mexico Oil And Gas Platforms
Mexico’s Transportes Aereos Pegaso has ordered two Eurocopter EC155s. The long-range members of the Dauphin medium-lift twin-engine helicopter family will be used to service oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico’s deepwater regions. The contract was signed at this week’s Heli-Expo industry show in Las Vegas, Nevada by Pegaso CEO Enrique Zepeda and Lutz Bertling, the President & CEO of Eurocopter.
