Owners of Embraer business jets will have the opportunity to
drop their planes off for service while attending the 2009 Paris
Air Show. The Brazilian planemaker recently opened a new Executive
Jets Center at Le Bourget Airport in Paris, after receiving
European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 approval to operate
in Europe.
Planemaker Also Flies Cancer Patients On Company Flights
The Hawker Beechcraft Corporation Charitable Gift Fund has
donated $50,000 to Corporate Angel Network (CAN), the public
charity that coordinates free flights to treatment for cancer
patients using empty seats in business aircraft. To date, Hawker
Beechcraft has donated over $200,000 to CAN, part of which while
both entities were under the Raytheon banner.
