to provide an S-76C++ helicopter to Boston MedFlight for air

DART Helicopter Services recently announced its subsidiary
Apical Industries Inc., has received EASA approval of their
Cylindrical Emergency Float System for MD 369HS/HM/HE/D/E/FF and MD
500N helicopters. Transport Canada and FAA certification have been
previously received.
