Lower Court Found Delta's Primary Witness "Non-Credible"
Mesa Air Group, Inc. announced Thursday that the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the 11th Circuit has affirmed the preliminary
injunction against Delta Air Lines which prevented Delta from
terminating Freedom Airlines' Delta Connection Agreement covering
certain ERA-145 aircraft.
The French agency investigating the Air France 447, which
crashed in the Atlantic Ocean June 1st, says the aircraft impacted
the water intact, belly first, at a very high rate of speed, the
World Associated Press reported Thursday.
In a move that could result in a second assembly line for the
troubled 787 Dreamliner, Boeing is planning to buy a Vought
Aircraft Factory in South Carolina where portions of the 787
fuselage are fabricated. Sources close to the negotiations say the
move is designed to give Boeing more control over its supply
chain.
Most UAL Traffic Was Disrupted For Much Of The Morning
A glitch in United Airlines check-in computers at Chicago's
O'Hare International Airport made it so that most of United's
planes could not leave the airport for much of Thursday morning.
Rather than "On Time" or "Delayed", the departure boards mostly
read "Computer Failure".
