Dreamliner Production Fuels Boeing Hiring

The Boeing Co., in a major reversal of its employment record since 9/11, is planning to hire up to 3,000 workers by the end of 2004.

AD NUMBER: 2004-14-19 MANUFACTURER: Boeing SUBJECT: Airworthiness Directive 2004-14-19 SUMMARY: This amendment adopts a new airworthiness directive (AD), applicable to all Boeing Model 767 series airplanes, that requires repetitive detailed inspections of the aft pressure bulkhead for indications of "oil cans" and previous "oil can" repairs, and corrective actions, if necessary.
