MD-88 jet to its Air Carrier Certificate on May 4. Dynamic Airways
has expanded its fleet in response to the rapidly growing demand
from international customers for long-term contracts in the
leisure-travel market.

The European Union is set to expand its cap-and-trade scheme for
carbon reductions to airlines serving all EU airports next year, a
move which has drawn protests from the Chinese government. But EU
officials say that the non-European carriers could possibly win
