The FAA issued its final approval Thursday for a controversial
9,300-foot taxiway to be constructed at Logan International
Airport, for a project designed to reduce collision potential,
minimize travel delays, and diminish ground noise.
Efforts to bring an on-demand commuter airline to Bismarck, ND

The Federal Aviation Administration radar approach control
facility at Griffiss Airfield (RME), a 24-hour air traffic control
operation, was forced to close late Wednesday evening and into
early Thursday morning due to a controller staffing shortage,
according to the National Air Traffic Controllers Association.
Earlier this week, Boeing and Jet Airways, India's largest
private airline, celebrated the delivery of the airline's first of
10 777-300ER (Extended Range) airplanes. The long-legged airliner
was delivered in Jet Airways' new paint scheme, that features a new
design, colors and typeface.
