governments should help the Union's aviation industry recover from
more than $3 billion in losses following the eruption of an
Icelandic volcano.

Rockwell Collins has delivered an advanced Edge 737 NG Full
Flight Simulator (FFS) to the Pan Am International Flight Academy's
North American training center in Miami, marking the U.S debut of
the new system. The announcement was made Tuesday at the World
Aviation Training Symposium (WATS).
Air travelers must no longer be subjected to lengthy tarmac
delays on domestic flights and will enjoy additional consumer
protections as a result of a new rule that take effect Thursday,
U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said.
