On Friday, Aero-News brought you the latest volley between officials with the National Air Traffic Controllers Association and the FAA, concerning what NATCA called the "break down" of nine months of negotiations over a new contract for ATC employees. The FAA responded, saying talks were still on... and now, NATCA President John Carr rebutes FAA Administrator Marion Blakey's denial that those talks are over.
