Prosecutors: TSA Lawyer Talked To FAA Witnesses Out Of

ANN REAL TIME NEWS: 1715 EST -- Aero-News has learned a
mistrial could be declared as early as tomorrow in the case of the
only man to face a jury here in the US over the 9/11 terrorist
attacks. The reason: A TSA lawyer apparently inappropriately shared
information about the trial with FAA witnesses.
Northwest Airlines announced last week it has purchased the
operating certificate of Flyi, Inc., the former parent company of
now-defunct Independence Air. Northwest says it hopes the move will
"accelerate the development" of a new low-cost regional
subsidiary.
