For the second time in less than a month, the ILS at Reno-Tahoe
International Airport failed just when it was needed the most,
forcing the cancellation of 69 flights and stranding thousands of
passengers on the busiest travel weekend of the year.
Look For Division Between Military And Commercial Units
The Boeing sign still adorns the huge plant on the east side of
Tulsa International Airport's main runway, but it may not for much
longer. And as that sign comes down, unions that represent workers
inside the plant will have to make some changes as well.
Runway incursions apparently aren't confined to LAX. Two SAS
aircraft on the ground at Norway's Gardermoen Airport narrowly
averted collision in heavy snow last week, according to the
Norwegian newspaper VG.
