Who's running this airline, anyway? That's a question Air
Canada's pilots are asking, as they want to have more say in how
things are run. To that end... they've filed a suit seeking to foil
a plan to spend the airline's profits.
"Large midwestern city seeks quiet tenant for major

In what Northwest Airlines termed another major restructuring
milestone, the carrier announced Thursday orders from two
manufacturers for a total of 72 new, two-class regional aircraft
that will each accommodate 76 passengers.
Will Airline End Up Servicing Planes Flying Its
Former Routes?
Some good news for beleagured regional carrier Comair... as the
Delta subisidiary announced Thursday it has received certification
from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to perform
third-party repair work on 50- and 70-seat Bombardier Canadair
Regional Jets (CRJs).
While more passengers may be flying commercial airlines than in
recent times... their bags may not be making the same trip,
following security restrictions placed on carry-on luggage in
August.
