AeroMechanical Services (AMA) has signed a contract with an airline that will become the Company's largest Canadian customer for seven Automated Flight Information Reporting System (AFIRS) 220 and 12 of the next generation AFIRS 228B, for a total of 19 aircraft.

OSHA Orders AirTran Airways To Reinstate Pilot

Whistleblower Owed Over $1 million In Back Wages And Damage

The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ordered AirTran Airways to reinstate a former pilot who was fired after reporting numerous mechanical concerns. The agency also has ordered that the pilot be paid more than $1 million in back wages plus interest and compensatory damages.
