Economic, Communications, and Support Companies Join The
Cause
The Next Step in Space Coalition announced Tuesday that its
membership has grown to include a diverse set of businesses and
organizations, including Google, Inc., Analytic Graphics Inc., the
Space Coast Economic Development Commission and the National Space
Society.
EADS, the European aerospace and defence company, has
established a new subsidiary in Japan to help coordinate and
support the Group’s marketing campaigns and industrial
partnerships there.

The center of the aviation universe, for the week of Oshkosh
2009, at least appears to be a certain place in Wisconsin known to
many of the faithful from the aviation world. It is also well-known
to a certain spaceship builder who has serious roots in the same
place... so as fate would have it, we have a real-live Mother Ship
here at Oshkosh 2009.
More Launches Means More Interest In New Mexico Spaceport
Colorado-based UP Aerospace successfully launched an unmanned
test vehicle from New Mexico's Spaceport America Tuesday. The
launch was for UP's newly acquired client, Florida-based
Fundamental Technology Systems Inc. (Moog-FTS).
