The Russian government said Monday that it plans to set aside
the equivalent of $790 million to build a new spaceport, which
would give the country a launch facility of its own.
SpaceX (Space Exploration Technologies) said in a news release
Tuesday that it applauds the efforts of the Senate Commerce,
Science and Transportation Committee for their unanimous,
bipartisan approval of the NASA Authorization Act of 2010.
