Thousands Of NASA Employees Gather To Watch Tuesday Night
NASA sent its last shuttle, Atlantis, out to the launch pad at
Kennedy Space Center Tuesday night so it can prepare for the final
launch of the shuttle program in July. The shuttle began its
trek at 2000 EDT.

An Exploration Launch Systems Engineering and Integration office
has been established by Boeing in Titusville, FL, to support the
operational readiness of NASA's next launch system, currently under
study.
