A team of NASA-funded researchers has measured for the first
time water from the moon in the form of tiny globules of molten
rock, which have turned to glass-like material trapped within
crystals.
Scholarship Program To Help 250 Teachers Improve Teaching
Techniques For Science And Math
Teachers from 27 countries and 47 states have been awarded
scholarships in Honeywell's "Educators @ Space Academy"
program. In all, 250 teachers will attend the program at the
U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama from June 15
to June 28, 2011.
A team of scientists at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in
Pasadena, CA, in partnership with the University of Southern
California in Los Angeles, developed a Direct Methanol Fuel Cell
technology for future Department of Defense and commercial
applications.
