NASA Studies Find Omega-3 May Help Reduce Bone Loss
NASA-sponsored studies have found that omega-3 fatty acids found
in fish oil may play a role in mitigating bone breakdown that
occurs during spaceflight and in osteoporosis. Ongoing research for
decades has looked for ways to stop bone density loss in
astronauts.

The first Soyuz to be assembled in French Guiana is
undergoing its initial assembly checkout, in preparation for
Arianespace's maiden commercial flight from the Spaceport in French
Guiana later this year.
NASA Flight Directors Give The Green Light To Final Scheduled
Atlantis Flight
Wednesday was "L-2" at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida,
as the shuttle and crew prepare for STS-132. Countdown clocks
across the launch complex were activated at 1600 EDT Tuesday and
the countdown continues on schedule for liftoff Friday at 1420.
