NASA announced Monday that veteran space shuttle program
astronaut Barbara R. Morgan will leave NASA in August to become an
educator at Idaho's Boise State University.

Authorities are holding two men and are still seeking another in
connection with the murder-arson of a NASA engineer and three
others early last week that shook the community surrounding
NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center in Lancaster, CA.
NASA and the Florida's largest electric utility, Florida Power
& Light, signed an agreement June 24 at Florida
Governor Charlie Crist's global climate change summit in Miami, to
provide residents with a new source of so-called "green power." The
agreement is part of a new initiative that will cut reliance on
fossil fuels and improve the environment by reducing greenhouse gas
emissions.
