PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 452000N/1154230W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 013 DEGREE RADIAL AT 40.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 445930N/1153700W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 043 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 445900N/1155300W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 028 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 451030N/1155500W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 008 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27.4 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
