Skytronics Announces Changes To Distribution Channel For GA Products

Company Reduces Number Of North American Distributors To Improve Efficiency

Component manufacturer and FAA Repair Station Skytronics ... which serves the commercial, military and GA markets, announced changes Monday to its general aviation (GA) distribution channel, which is responsible for selling its popular Aero-Lite ignition harnesses, Jasco alternators and regulators, and Skyflex conduit.

Going forward, Skytronics' Aero-Lite, Jasco and Skyflex products are only available for purchase through eight distributors. In North America, customers can choose between Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co., Air Parts Network, Air Power, Inc., Chief Aircraft and Quality Aircraft Accessories, Inc. In Europe, customers have the option of Loma-Air or WMT Maintenance Technik AG. And, in South America, Skytronics products are available from ArAvia S.A.

Skytronics, which has been in business since 1956, reduced the number of distributors for its GA products to improve efficiency.

"Over the years, Aero-Lite, Jasco and Skyflex have become top-selling brands in the GA aftermarket," said Brad Duschak, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Skytronics. "With the support of these highly qualified distributors, I am confident that Skytronics will achieve even greater success in the future."
