Wait A Second... A Price Reduction?
Here's a nice surprise.
Columbia Aircraft (CAM) has JUST announced that it has
reduced the base price of the Columbia 350 by just over $20,000
effective immediately.
“As we continue to increase the production rate,
efficiencies specific to the Columbia 350 have enabled us to reduce
our costs so we’re passing the savings on to our
customers,” said CAM Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
Randy S. Bolinger. “The 350 already represented a very strong
value offering the highest level of standard equipment in its class
and best performance. The price reduction just makes the deal a
little sweeter.”
Base price for a new Columbia 350 will now be $378,900, some
$20,100 less than before. Included in that price is the versatile
Avidyne Entegra MFD and PFD with Flight Director, dual Garmin GNS
430s, S-TEC 55X coupled autopilot and Smart Vision IFR package.
Standard equipment in the Columbia 350 still also includes leather
seats, inflatable door seals, polished spinner, class-leading
performance, dual electrical systems (that allow the pilot to start
the aircraft and run all standard equipment on either system), the
super-glossy two-tone custom paint and 3 year warranty.
“The Columbia 350 is an aircraft for the connoisseur
– someone who has researched and knows something about
aircraft,” Bolinger said.
“Its performance, craftsmanship and safety record are
unmatched, the avionics suite is state-of-the-art and it’s
still the only modern aircraft in its class certified to meet the
FAA’s rugged Utility Category requirements. You really have
to fly it to fully appreciate its capabilities.” Interested
pilots can realize that experience by arranging a demo flight
through one of CAM’s Sales Centers.
