Dassault Falcon Launches New Global Website

Promises Quick Access To Falcon Product And Service Information

Dassault Falcon has launched an entirely new global website. Incorporating the latest web technologies and intuitive design, the new site allows visitors quick access to information on Falcon products and product enhancements, Customer Service capabilities, as well as other items of interest.

It is accessible from all popular browsers as well as the iPad, and takes advantage of advanced functionalities built into the latest versions of those browsers. The website includes new videos and a host of interactive features, including 360 degree interior views of each current production Falcon model and range maps from over 12,000 airports worldwide. Many of these features were pioneered on a Chinese language website opened earlier this year.

The redesigned website provides ready access to the Falcon Private Portal so customers can quickly order spare parts, receive Falcon communiqués and download technical documents. It also features a specific section on the company’s unique technology initiatives.

Visitors can experience Dassault aircraft design and manufacturing processes while learning about cutting-edge design techniques such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) that are used for each new Falcon business jet. “The web has grown to become a very big part of the aircraft acquisition and service process,” said John Rosanvallon, President and CEO of Dassault Falcon. “Incorporating the latest technology in our website and making it more interactive will create a higher level of brand awareness among our customers.”
