ZHU MS.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS MISSISSIPPI COASTLINE. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 310630N/0894246W THE EATON /LBY/ VORTAC 221 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 310711N/0882548W THE GREENE COUNTY /GCV/ VORTAC 061 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301831N/0882421W THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 181 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301219N/0893422W THE PICAYUNE (PCU) VOR/DME 154 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALL DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT ENTERING THE TFR ARE TO CONTACT THE AIR MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER AT 951-656-8050 PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE TFR TO RECIEVE A DISCREET TRANSPONDER CODE FOR SAFETY OF FLIGHT. AMOC WILL ADVISE IF - OMAHA45 - IS WORKING THE AIRSPACE. ALL RELIEF AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA45 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. ADVISORY FREQUENCY FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS IS VHF 136.375/UHF 282.425. AIR MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER, 951-656-8050 OR FREQ 136.375 / HURRICANE KATRINA, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. GREENWOOD /GWO/ AFSS TELEPHONE 662-453-5210 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
