AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE
RADIUS OF 455340N/1190406W OR THE PENDLETON /PDT/ VORTAC 315 DEGREE
RADIAL AT 12.9 NAUTICAL MILES TRANSCANADA GAS, TELEPHONE
509-546-8803, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY.
