SpaceX launched and recovered the first stage of the upgraded Falcon booster, as planned, late Sunday night... putting SpaceX clearly in the aero-history books, and 11 ORBCOMM satelites into orbit, as well. To no one's surprise, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled that the FAA can shut down the "flight-sharing" website Flytenow.com.
