USAF ID's Casualties in Iraqi AF Turboprop Crash

The letter, quoted by Reuters, accompanied a DOT Inspector General's report pointing out cost overruns and delays up to 12 years on some of 16 FAA projects aimed at improving the safety and capacity of the nation's air traffic system.
