EXCLUDING THAT AIRSPACE WITHIN 1/4 NAUTICAL MILE WEST AND PARALLEL TO RUNWAY 14/32 AT IMPERIAL COUNTY AIRPORT EXTENDING TO THE NORTHWEST EXCLUDING AIRSPACE ABOVE 8000 FEET MSL SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 8.
