Roscosmos chief Anatoly Perminov said two componants shifted during the spacecraft's 1,250 mile journey by rail from its assembly site in Korolyov outside Moscow to Baikonur. He said the problem was caused by violations of Russia's transportation safety requirements.

Fox News reports that Perminov said the December launch could be pushed back "by a few days" if the spacecraft has to be returned to the factory to be repaired. He said flight safety will be ensured.
