Associated Aircraft Group Promotes Three

Sikorsky Subsidiary Names New Finance Director

Associated Aircraft Group (AAG), a New York-based executive helicopter services company, has promoted three employees within its finance department and named a new Director of Finance.

Frank Paulo, was promoted to Director of Finance after serving AAG as a Financial Analyst. He is now charged with managing all aspects of the company’s financial functions. A Carmel, NY native, Paulo has been responsible for control and compliance, internal audits, month-end reconciliations and financial dialogue with Sikorsky Aircraft, AAG’s parent company.

Paulo has been a volunteer firefighter for 14 years and currently serves as Assistant Chief of the New Hackensack Fire Department. His dedicated community service has been recognized by both his fire department and the Town of Wappingers Falls. Paulo earned his BS in accounting at Marist College, where he currently is working toward his masters degree.

Carolee Rodriguez, has been promoted to Financial Analyst, succeeding Paulo. A Bronx native, Rodriguez previously was a supervisor of accounting associates, handling day-to-day accounting operations for the company. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marist College.

Stephanie Miller, has been promoted to Accounting Representative from her former position of Bookkeeper. A Poughkeepsie native, Miller now is responsible for billing and financial analysis for both the finance and marketing departments. She is a graduate of Marist College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. 

AAG provides helicopter and fixed wing charter flights, fractional ownership and helicopter management and maintenance services from its New York and Philadelphia installations. It is the only helicopter company to operate its own Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 maintenance facility and is a Sikorsky Certified Repair Center.

The company manages and operates a fleet of nine Sikorsky S76 Executive Helicopters and employs more than 80, including 20 pilots. The financial services department works from the company’s flight operations center located at the Dutchess County Airport.  AAG’s corporate headquarters are located in Danbury, CT.
