PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE NATURAL GAS RELEASE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO. ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FT AGL WITHIN 2 NAUTICAL MILES OF 353907N/1084833W THE GALLUP /GUP/ VORTAC 005 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11 NAUTICAL MILES. EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO. DENNIS SANDOVAL 505-722-3614 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS 505-222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
