Mike Glover Offers Avidyne Entegra Release 9 Usability Tips

Mike Glover, Director of OEM and Strategic Alliances at Avidyne, chatted with Aero-TV about his most helpful avionics tips relating to the all-new Entegra FMS900w Flight Management System.

In the second part of his four part series, Glover introduces another new capability of the FMS900w, the intuitive FMS Vectors feature.  Unlike previous generation navigators, the FMS900w calculates any transition from the en route GPS phase of the flight to an ILS intercept without the need to suspend or interrupt guidance to the Autopilot.

Any changes to the flight plan are immediately applied and easily viewable on the system display. Join Aero-TV as Mike Glover explains how to quickly and effectively edit within Avidyne's Vector Mode.
