Will Serve As Director Of Technical Services For FBO
Network
Aero-News learned this week Cutter Aviation recently named
Dennis Constantine as the Director of Technical Services for all
locations within the Cutter Aviation network throughout the
southwestern United States. Constantine will head up the
newly-created Technical Services business unit, which combines all
maintenance, avionics, warranty service, and support units into one
singular business unit.
Constantine will lead the effort to integrate business
operations and create a more consistent customer experience at all
Cutter service facilities, including its Hawker Beechcraft, Piper,
and Socata authorized service centers.
"We are extremely pleased to have Dennis leading the transition
in his new role as Director of Technical Services," said Will
Cutter, President of Cutter Aviation. "His commitment to exceeding
customer expectations and his passion to energize our workforce
will drive a new definition of customer delight, one that will be
quickly recognized in the marketplace."
Cutter continued, "We believe that
by consolidating all technical service functions into one
integrated business unit, we will create a single point of
ownership within Cutter Aviation, and a more efficient operation
for our customers. Additionally, we believe this integrated
Business Unit will provide us with improved flexibility to better
allocate resources across the network to shorten customer downtime
and reduce customer cost, while at the same time maximize the
quality of services provided."
"Our value proposition consists of three things: relentless
commitment to safety and quality, reduced aircraft downtime, and no
surprises -- in other words, do what we say we are going to do."
Constantine said. "My goal is to create a world-class service
operation by focusing on these core principals."
Constantine joined Cutter Aviation in 2002 and most recently was
the Corporate Director of Finance.
