Company Manages FBO's In Florida, Georgia, New York
The aviation real estate and FBO management firm Holland
Sheltair announced a series of promotions and new responsibilities
Tuesday.
John Schmatz has been named President of the Company. He
started with the Company as controller in 1986 and has held
positions of varied and increasing responsibilities. In his
new position, he will oversee all aspects of the company, including
the construction, real estate and aviation business segments.
Daniel Walsh has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for the
FBO division. Walsh has over 30 years in the aviation
industry, most recently at TAC Air. He will be responsible
for thirteen FBO locations in the Florida, Georgia and New York
areas.
Michael Kolbert is the new Chief Financial Officer. He
has been with Holland Sheltair for over 20 years and will manage
all financial aspects of the Company.
Todd Anderson has been promoted to Vice President of Florida
Real Estate and Properties. Todd will take on this increased
responsibility while continuing to manage Business
Development.

Holland Sheltair Aviation Group is based in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida and is involved with the development, management and
operations of properties in the corporate, commercial and general
aviation areas of the aviation industry.
