OPERATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED 25 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE BEGINNING
AT 293626N/0950932W OR THE HUB110006.8 300000N/1124759W OR THE
PPE143090.4 360000N/1124200W OR THE GCN260027.1 400000N/1124200W OR
THE FFU229038.6 480000N/1133200W OR THE FCA098028.9
372500N/1220300W OR THE SJC281005.6 FROM 20000 FEET MSL TO 39000
FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND
PASSENGERS EYES FOR A DISTANCE OF 14400 FEET BELOW AND 28900 FEET
ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT. THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND
THE LASER BEAM WILL BE TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE
DETECTED THAT MAY ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS
(E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS, AFTER IMAGE, GLARE, AND DISTRACTION) MAY
