PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO A GAS LINE ERUPTION. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CONTRA COSTA SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 375336N/1220329W OR THE CONCORD /CCR/ VOR/DME 167 DEGREE RADIAL AT 9 NAUTICAL MILES. CONTRA COSTA SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT DISPATCH, 925-646-2441, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. OAKLAND /OAK/ AFSS, 510-273-6111, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
