Learn Fabric From the Experts, Free

ANNie Winner Tom Reilly to Offer Class in November

We thought we'd give ANN readers first crack at a really great opportunity: Tom Reilly, in Kissimmee (FL), will be holding a fabric class in early November. Not only will you be able to forestall wearing your wool 'jammies for a few more days, you'll learn an essential skill -- from the best in the biz.

Tom Reilly's five day Warbird Restoration School teaches every aspect of restoring a Warbird to flightworthy condition with hands-on demonstrations and participation.

Did we mention you'll learn on a B-17?

Students attending the November 10 through 14th, 2003 class will have the opportunity to "stay after school" to learn the intricate process of covering B-17 control surfaces with fabric.

Tom Reilly is offering a FREE Fabric Class for all former Restoration School students to join the special November 15th through 19th, 2003 Fabric class. Under Tom Reilly's tutelage and watchful eye, students will get first hand experience covering rudder and aileron surfaces for the B-17 Flying Fortress being restored at the Flying Tigers Warbird Restoration Museum.

Previous Fabric classes covered two elevators and the other aileron for the 15th B-17 to grace the skies again. The anticipated completion of this decade plus project will be next year when it will fly for the Liberty Foundation honoring 390th Bomb group at air shows around the country.
