PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 4 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 341024N/1165312W THE POMONA /POM/ VORTAC 068 DEGREE RADIAL AT 45.13 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING ACFT OPERATIONS. THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE 951-276-6725 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATIONS. RIVERSIDE /RAL/ AFSS 951-351-8419 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
