After A Million Kids, What Do You Do Next?

Go To The Young Eagles Building At Oshkosh And Find Out

Having reached its initial goal of flying a million kids, the EAA Young Eagles program is now focused on the future and flying 100,000 young people a year and creating ways to sustain the youngsters' interest in aviation. Young Eagle participants of all ages can learn more at the Young Eagles building, which is directly south of the control tower.

Pilots and volunteers can get answer to their questions, sign up daily drawings, request supplies, check the World's Largest Logbook, or just relax and meet other volunteers from around the world. Young Eagles can look up their names in the logbook and those who are not yet a Young Eagle can become one at while in Oshkosh or find a volunteer pilot in their area.

Volunteers are needed to support the Young Eagles effort during EAA AirVenture, to staff the pavilion, greet pilots and their passengers as they arrive in Oshkosh, and on the flight line and teaching a morning ground school.
