FDC 6/4277 ZAB PART 2 OF 2 FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS, SOUTHERN U.S. THAT ARE WITHIN THE FLIGHT RESTRICTION AREA DESCRIBED IN THIS NOTAM IF THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER A SEPARATION OF AIRCRAFT RESPONSI- BILITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN DHS AND DOD APPLICABLE TO THOSE AREAS. PARTICIPATING MILITARY AIRCRAFT OPERATING UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS PROVISION 2 ARE EXEMPT FROM PROVISIONS 3 AND 4 OF THIS NOTAM. 3. ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING OR EXITING THE TFR MUST BE ON A DISCRETE CODE ASSIGNED BY AN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL (ATC) FACILITY. AIRCRAFT MUST BE SQUAWKING THE DISCRETE CODE AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR. 4. ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING OR EXITING THE TFR MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITH ATC. 5. ATC MAY PROVIDE FLIGHT ADVISORIES TO AIRCRAFT IN THE TFR. 6.
