Constant Aviation Expands Their Embraer Experience Throughout
Their Service Network
Birmingham, Alabama MRO Constant Aviation has been selected by
Embraer to become an Authorized Service Center at their Birmingham
(BHM) Facility on the Phenom 100 and 300 airframes. Constant
Aviation will be able to provide complete maintenance and avionics
services as well as modifications, composite repairs, Airworthiness
Directives and Service Bulletins on both types of aircraft. The
organization will also use their previous experience working with
Embraer on warranty claims to provide seamless service to the
Phenom customers.
“The organization's relationship with Embraer spans back
to 1996 and has grown tremendously throughout the years. Our
Cleveland facility is an Authorized Service Center on the Legacy
600/650 and Phenom 100/300 product lines and is an industry leader
in Embraer maintenance and support. We have relocated technicians
from Cleveland to the Birmingham facility to support the Embraer
product lines. This planning and coordination has allowed us to
prepare for this Authorization and be able to serve the Phenom
market immediately. One goal of the company is to provide
consistency with the airframes we service across our network of
service centers. This is just one more step towards that
goal,” said Kevin Dillon, Vice President Constant
Aviation.
Constant is in the final stages of its GoGo Biz Wi-Fi system STC
on the Phenom 300, which is a great product addition for in-flight
amenities for Phenom customers. The GoGo Biz Wi-Fi system allows
passengers to stay connected to the Internet while in-flight
providing them a better use of the time in flight. “In
addition to offering the Wi-Fi upgrade, our interior and avionics
department has completed the design and installation of a premier
high-end cabin entertainment system including HD monitors, surround
sound speakers with subwoofers and cabin controls delivering a
complete package to the customer,” continued Dillon.
