Peeing Passenger Parts Plane, Pax Peeved

Flight Delayed While Cabin Is Cleaned

It's been said younger people sometimes have difficulty with expressing themselves... leading them to experiment with body art, or maybe blogging... or, urinating in the passenger cabin of a commercial airliner.

Such was the case on a recent Ryanair flight to Brussels, reports The Sun, when a teen stood up and relieved himself near the back of the 737's cabin... not in the lav... as the aircraft taxied for departure.

Cabin attendants were not amused. The peeing teen and a friend -- reportedly part of a group of five men -- were arrested after the plane taxied back to the gate, on violations of the Air Navigation and Transport Act.

“Despite requests from staff to sit down for safety reasons, the pair refused,” a Ryanair spokeswoman told reporters following the Thursday incident. “One of the passengers ended up urinating at the back of the aircraft. The aircraft returned to its stand where they were arrested.

“Ryanair will be pressing charges," she added.

The men were later released, though they'll likely face additional penalties down the line.

The 0830 flight departed about an hour-and-a-half late, after the aircraft was cleaned.
