FREE AvGAS??? Diamond Distributors Announce Free Fuel Program For DA40 XL Buyers

Diamonfd Aircraft asks... "What’s better than the fuel efficient DA40 XL?"

Well, the answer appears to be a fuel efficient DA40 XL with 35 free tanks of gas! For a limited time, DA40 XL buyers can benefit from a first year fuel credit of up to $7,500. To participate, customers need to take delivery of a new DA40 XL between July 15 and September 30th 2007, from a participating Diamond Regional Distribution Center.

“The DA40 XL is one of the most fuel-efficient airplanes in the market. With $7,500 in free gas, you can theoretically fly once around the world at the equator – all 24,902 miles of it,” explains Heike Larson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

“Realistically, of course, our buyers will use their free gas for other goals – say, an instrument rating, or several long vacation or business trips.

Wherever they may go, they will be able to get to their goal affordably – even once the fuel credit is used up: with a low 10 gph fuel burn at 150 kts, the DA40 XL flies over 700 nm on $200 of gas, even at today’s gas price of $4.20 per gallon.”

Fuel efficiency and maintenance-friendly design, plus low insurance rates due to Diamond’s excellent safety record make the DA40 XL an affordable flying platform. Pleasing to the pocket book and the senses, the DA40 XL comes loaded with top-of-the-line avionics, including the G1000 cockpit with the GFC 700 digital autopilot, traffic, weather and terrain.

It offers everything pilots need for the ultimate in-flight experience.

“Our customers have already shown a great deal of interest in this program,” explained Fred Ahles, President of Premier Aircraft Sales, the largest Diamond Distributor in the US.

“Since the offer is only available on aircraft in current inventory, we are advising our prospective DA40 XL buyers not to wait. I don't see our current stock lasting until the September 30 deadline.”
