Construction Continues at Sandy's Farm Residential Airpark

Development Begins at Hal's Farm

Construction has begun on yet another new home with hangar at Sandy's Farm, the residential airpark located at Clermont County/Sporty's Airport. In addition, a hangar is under construction on another site ready to add the home of the buyer's choosing.

A webcam at sandysfarm.com is focused on the residential airpark so individuals can follow this new construction at the fly-in community.

Currently at Sandy's Farm, a brand-new, custom built home with hangar is available for purchase. Buyers can also choose to build at one of several fabulous remaining home sites.

A second residential airpark development is being developed on the east side of the airport. Hal's Farm will feature approximately 35 home sites with spectacular airport views and wooded surroundings.

Home sites at Sandy's Farm and Hal's Farm all have taxiway access to the paved and lighted, 3,700' runway. Each site, features all public underground utilities (water, sewer, gas, electric and cable). The home sites have convenient access to flight planning facilities with WSI weather and lounge.

Chuck Gallagher, Airport Manager and President of Eastern Cincinnati Aviation, invites potential buyers to come view for themselves the remaining home sites and new homes. He says, "Imagine your dream home with hangar in the airplane-friendly community at an active general aviation airport."
