Management, Competitiveness

(AVIC), for cooperation on leadership training for AVIC's
commercial aviation businesses, including project management

The training programs, a collaboration among United
Technologies' aerospace companies Hamilton Sundstrand, Pratt &

curriculum for senior executives, mid-level managers and high
potential employees from AVIC's commercial aviation businesses.
Training is scheduled to begin later this year.
"With this agreement AVIC's commercial aviation business
employees will be able to learn critical leadership and project
management skills from a world-class and well-respected OEM.," said
Gao Jianshe, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, AVIC, as
the MOU was announced Tuesday.
"UTC is pleased to offer AVIC the China Civil Aviation
Leadership Program," said Hamilton Sundstrand President Alain

delivering the curriculum to help meet their business leadership
needs."
