WILL BE CONDUCTED 25NM FROM ANY POINT ALONG THE LINE FROM
611200N/1495400W OR THE ANC046009.4 TO 612512N/1464800W OR THE

515540N/1414148W OR THE BKA191366.2 TO 470957N/1394413W OR THE

ANC046009.4, FROM 500 FEET AGL TO 39000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM
MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYES FOR A
DISTANCE OF 14,400 FEET BELOW AND 28,900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT.
THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE
TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY
ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS (E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS,
AFTER IMAGE, GLARE, AND DISTRACTION) MAY OCCUR AT GREATER
