PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 480638N/1184702W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 10 DEGREE RADIAL AT 51.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 480052N/1184040W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 17 DEGREE RADIAL AT 48.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 475309N/1184830W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 18 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39.4 NAUTICAL MILES THENTO 480217N/1185953W OR THE EPHRATA /EPH/ VORTAC 3 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43.2 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 8000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
