PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 99.7, SPECIAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS, ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 30 NMR OF 301909N/0813755W (CRAIG /CRG/ VORTAC 263 RADIAL AT 6.4 NM), FROM THE SURFACE UP TO BUT NOT INCLUDING FL180, EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED IN PART A,B,C,D AND E BELOW. PART A. EXCLUSIONS. THE FOLLOWING AIRSPACE IS EXCLUDED FROM THE REQUIREMENTS IN THIS NOTAM. 1. THAT AIRSPACE WITHIN A 4 NMR OF THE HILLIARD AIRPARK /01J/, INCLUDING THE AIRSPACE 4 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE AIRPORT NORTHWEST TO THE 30 NMR BOUNDARY. 2. EXCEPT FOR THE RESTRICTIONS IN FDC NOTAM 3/1400 WHICH REMAIN IN EFFECT, THAT AIRSPACE WITHIN A 4 NMR OF THE ST MARYS AIRPORT /4J6/, INCLUDING THE AIRSPACE 4 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE AIRPORT NORTH TO THE 30 NMR BOUNDARY, AND 3. THAT AIRSPACE WITHIN A 4 NMR OF THE ST AUGUSTINE AIRPORT /SGJ/, INCLUDING THE AIRSPACE 4 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM THE AIRPORT SOUTHEAST TO THE 30 NMR BOUNDARY. END PART 1 OF 4

WITHIN THE AIRSPACE BETWEEN 10NMR AND 30NMR LISTED ABOVE: (EXCLUDING THAT AREA WITHIN A 2NM RADIUS OF 3048N/08131W AND THE BRUNSWICK/SSI/VORTAC 198 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.5 NM, FROM THE SURFACE UP TO BUT NOT INCLUDING 3000 FEET MSL, AS DESCRIBED IN FDC NOTAM 3/1400). 1. ALL AIRCRAFT SHALL BE ON AN ACTIVE IFR OR VFR FLIGHT PLAN FILED WITH AN AFSS. 2. ALL AIRCRAFT SHALL SQUAWK A DISCRETE TRANSPONDER CODE ASSIGNED BY ATC. AIRCRAFT SHALL SQUAWK THE DISCRETE TRANSPONDER CODE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE AND AT ALL TIMES WHEN WITHIN THE TFR. IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSPONDER FAILURE, THE PILOT SHALL ADVISE ATC AND ATC WILL PROVIDE THE MOST DIRECT COURSE TO EXIT THE LATERAL LIMITS OF THE TFR. 3. ALL AIRCRAFT SHALL REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITH ATC. 4. GENERAL AVIATION FIXED WING OPERATIONS ARE LIMITED TO AIRCRAFT ARRIVING OR DEPARTING LOCAL AIRFIELDS. NO TRANSIT OVERFLIGHTS ARE AUTHORIZED. AIRCRAFT MAY NOT LOITER. END PART 3 OF 4
